This is part of the intro to Fuel on S&M.

It occurs at the very end of The Thing That Should Not Be and

leads into the giutar part that is made to sound like car

engines, right before Fuel.

Standard Tuning

Use heavy reverb and some wah.  Listen for it on CD to get exact timing.
